persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking a skilled toolmaker with stamping and forming expertise to assemble, set up and commission punching and bending tools. You will handle maintenance, repairs and on-site production support to resolve tool issues and ensure process reliability.

You should bring years of tooling experience, reliability, teamwork, and a drive for continuous development. German basics and a valid work permit complete the profile; a shift-based role awaits.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as toolmaker, specialising in stamping and forming technology.
• Several years of professional experience as a toolmaker in stamping and forming technology.
• Experience with Bihler technology is advantageous.
• Reliability and ability to work in a team.
• Motivated for personal and professional development.
• Willing to work shifts and maintain a strong focus on quality.
• Basic knowledge of spoken German and a valid work permit.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, set up and commission punching and bending tools.
• Maintenance, repair and servicing of tools as part of daily tasks.
• Provide on-site support to production for tool problems and process issues.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and propose improvements.
• Analyse faults in punching and bending tools and rectify them.
• Check tools for wear and replace wear parts as required.
• Carry out adjustment and alignment work on the tools independently.
• Document maintenance and repair work carried out.
• Assist with setup and changeover of punching and bending tools.
• Check the quality of manufactured parts and ensure process reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• You will assemble, set up and commission punching and bending tools Maintenance, repair and servicing of the tools form part of your daily tasks
• You provide on-site support to production in the event of tool problems and process issues
• You identify potential for optimisation in the tools and put forward suggestions for improvement
• You analyse faults in punching and bending tools and rectify them professionally
• You check tools for wear and replace wear parts as required
• You will carry out adjustment and alignment work on the tools independently
• You will document maintenance and repair work carried out
• You will assist with the set-up and changeover of punching and bending tools
• You check the quality of the manufactured parts and ensure consistent process reliability

Requirements

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a toolmaker (m/f/d), specialising in stamping and forming technology
• You have several years’ professional experience as a toolmaker in stamping and forming technology
• Experience with Bihler technology, particularly in the small-dimension range, would be an advantage
• You are characterised by your reliability and ability to work as part of a team
• You are motivated to pursue personal and professional development
• You are willing to work shifts
• You have a strong focus on quality
• A basic knowledge of spoken German (minimum level) and a valid work permit round off your profile
