Your Responsibilities
  • Drive regional sales strategy and achieve growth across NATO member states
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with defense and military stakeholders
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in NATO markets
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and fulfill contract requirements
  • Represent the company at NATO forums trade shows and industry events
  • Monitor defense budgets procurement programs and regulatory developments
  • Engage government and industry stakeholders to support business development
  • Prepare accurate forecasts reports and account plans
Your Profile
  • Strong expertise in defense or aerospace solutions ideally with deep understanding of NATO and international military procurement processes
  • Proven sales or account management experience in complex high-stakes environments
  • Experience engaging senior military government or industry stakeholders; background in government affairs or advocacy is an asset
  • Ability to analyze markets qualify opportunities and support sound bid / no-bid decisions
  • Customer-focused proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • High cultural awareness and adaptability across diverse regions
  • Willingness to travel internationally and meet security requirements
  • Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
