About the role

TradeBeyond Limited is looking for a talented tech-savvy account manager to take full responsibility for customer acquisition and on-board journey. You will identify and nurture key customers on an all-rounded B2B sourcing platform, in both the Chinese mainland and overseas markets.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate account management professional, preferably with a strong B2B platform operation or account management background. You should be able communicate and present well to attract and upsell customers. For this position, it is also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.

Responsibilities
As the key account manager of TradeBeyond:

Develop new business opportunities, market and provide online B2B cross‑border trading platform services and project planning to product suppliers;

  • Analyze customer needs, summarize market & industry characteristics, and use industry knowledge to provide customers with professional e-commerce marketing programs;
  • Maintain good customer relationship with excellent account servicing capabilities;
  • Set short‑term goals for selected customers to on‑board and become active users, undertake marketing initiatives to achieve business targets;
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing team to nurture key accounts for success stories to further promote the platform, and
  • Consolidate feedback from key users to the team for further enhancement of the sourcing platform
Requirements
  • University Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 3+ year experience in account management
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively for IT industry
  • Hands on experience in customer data analytics
  • Project and time management skills and attention to details
  • Experienced in writing and editing in English
  • Polished interpersonal skills and a creative, dynamic and innovative drive
  • Outgoing personality, good listener and team player
