Overview

The Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Cooperate Accounts will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with corporate accounts, major veterinary clinics and other main strategic partners. This role requires strategic oversight, effective communication, and collaboration with various departments to ensure the successful development and implementation of corporate strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in corporate accounts. Create and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize value for corporate partners. Client visits: Regularly visit and engage with large veterinary clinics in Germany and Austria, collaborating with sales representatives to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Communication and Coordination: Internal communication — serve as the primary point of contact between corporate accounts and internal teams, ensuring timely communication of updates, changes, and strategic initiatives. Feedback collection — gather feedback from corporate partners and veterinary clinics to inform product development and service improvements.
  • Contract and Pricing Management: Manage the negotiation and execution of contracts with corporate accounts, ensuring compliance with legal and data privacy standards. Collaborate with the data team to develop pricing strategies for new corporate accounts and approve pricing exceptions as necessary.
  • Event and Meeting Management: Organize and participate in corporate events, webinars, and training sessions to promote products and services to corporate partners. Strategic meetings — lead and participate in regular meetings with corporate stakeholders and internal teams to review performance, discuss challenges, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present monthly sales reports and performance metrics for corporate accounts to senior management. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential new corporate accounts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • This position will require regular travel within Germany and Austria to visit corporate accounts and veterinary clinics.
