An international project coordination firm is seeking an experienced project coordinator to manage project meetings and assist project managers. The ideal candidate has over 13 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management in dynamic settings. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field is required. Excellent organizational skills and fluency in English are essential. Meeting Coordination
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
Prepare agendas, gather relevant materials and ensure timely distribution to all participants.
Capture meeting minutes, decisions, and action items and follow up to ensure completion.
Assist project managers in tracking progress, updating project plans, and maintaining high-quality documentation.
Contribute to the preparation of status reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
Support project governance activities and help maintain alignment across all workstreams.
Serve as a key liaison between project managers, business experts, and implementation partners for coordination and administrative tasks.
Ensure timely communication of updates, deadlines, and reminders to all stakeholders.
Maintain the project documentation repository and ensure consistent version control.
Coordinate logistical arrangements for workshops, testing sessions, and other project-related activities.
13 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management, ideally in a dynamic transformation environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with ERP or SAP-related projects is a strong plus.
Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track.
Confident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools such as Jira.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling you to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A sharp eye for detail and strong follow‑up discipline to ensure nothing falls through.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Proactive, curious, and eager to deepen your knowledge of SAP Public Cloud and modern project management practices.
Fluency in English.
