Job summary

meteocontrol GmbH in Berlin sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für Projektmanagement im Bereich Monitoring und Feed-in-Management für PV- und Energiespeicherprojekte. Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich Projekte von Auftrag bis Abnahme und arbeiten eng mit Sales, Proposal Management sowie internen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Sie bringen einen Abschluss in Elektro-/Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar mit und verfügen über Erfahrung im relevanten Umfeld.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Elektro- oder Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbar.
• Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und/oder industrieller Überwachung, Steuer- und Kommunikationssysteme.
• Eigenständige, praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Begeisterung für technische Herausforderungen und Problemlösung.
• Kundenorientierte, lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, Stakeholder-Management.
• Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Sicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Projekt von Auftrag bis Abnahme eigenverantwortlich steuern.
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring- und Feed-in-Lösungen.
• Sicherstellung von Scope, Budget, Zeitplan und Qualität.
• Change-Management-Aktivitäten begleiten.
• Technische Expertise an Vertrieb und Angebot unterstützen.
• Technische Konzepte entwerfen und Vorschläge erstellen.
• Bei der Vertragsvorbereitung unterstützen.
• Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und meteocontrol fungieren.

About us

Your mission:

• Design and develop plant-specific monitoring and feed-in management solutions for utility-scale PV, BESS, and hybrid power plants in Germany and international markets
• Take full ownership of projects from order to completion and final handover to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure successful project delivery with regard to scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives
• Lead and coordinate change management activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide technical expertise and support to Sales and Proposal Management during the proposal phase (pre-sales)
• Create technical concept drafts and proposals
• Support the Sales department in the preparation of project contracts
• Serve as the link and figurehead between customers and meteocontrol

Your profile:

• A degree or vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Engineering Sciences, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in project management and/or industrial monitoring, control, and communication technologies
• A self-driven and hands-on approach to work
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and complex problem-solving
• A customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Team spirit, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
