Zusammenfassung

EPAM Systems is seeking a Junior/Middle IT Researcher to support the search and engagement of top IT talent across multiple channels. You will source engineers, testers, developers, managers and architects via LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, and internal databases.

You will build a wide talent pool, update CV databases, communicate with candidates daily, pre-screen and present them to recruiters, and conduct market research and competitor analysis while collaborating

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT talent pool.
• Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, and LinkedIn.
• Interest in new sourcing and recruiting trends and social media.
• Highly results-oriented mindset.
• Very good communication and presentation skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage working time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, and keep high-quality database records.
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
• Good spoken and written English.
