Jobtailor in Hamburg is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to act as a central point of contact for internal IT requests, handling incidents and service requests in 1st and 2nd level support. • Central point of contact for all internal IT requests, including analysis, prioritization, and handling of incidents and service requests in 1st & 2nd level support
• Competent support of employees on-site, by phone and remote, as well as IT onboarding & offboarding of colleagues

• Provision of functioning workstations including hardware procurement, notebooks, peripherals and mobile devices
• Careful documentation of all activities in the ticketing system as well as maintenance and expansion of the internal knowledge base
• Analysis of recurring incidents, active contribution to sustainable solutions and close technical exchange within the team
• Independent participation and taking partial responsibility in internal IT projects, rollouts and technical developments
