Jobtailor is seeking a qualified 1st Level Support specialist in Germany who will be the primary contact for customer inquiries and incidents. You will administer Windows server and client systems, manage Active Directory and Azure AD, and coordinate projects with service providers and the internal team.

Qualifikationen

• Vocational IT training or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments.
• Experience with networking, firewalls, Office 365 and Azure.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts and how systems interact.
• Driving license (Class B)
• Proficient German language skills (C1).
