Responsibilities
- • Support and further development of the Windows IT infrastructure
- • Collaboration in the development of an IT service catalogue
- • Development and implementation of concepts for the sustainable provision of IT services with a high degree of automation
- • Initiation, control and implementation of requests and projects in the area of logistics with an interface to the IT infrastructure
- • Support of the IT service desk at the 2nd/ 3rd level through active participation in incident, problem and change management
- • Coordination and control of internal stakeholders and external business partners
What you should have
- • Successfully completed studies in the field of information technology or comparable professional training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d), IT system administrator (m/f/d))
- • Several years of experience in the provision and operation of Windows server and client infrastructures in an enterprise environment
- • Use of Microsoft SCCM and Windows Active Directory (DHCP, WSUS, Terminal Server, WDS)
- • Expert knowledge in the operation of Windows 7 and Windows 10 as client operating systems in the enterprise environment
- • Experience in the operation of heterogeneous IT system landscapes with the involvement of external service providers
- • First contact points in IT process management according to ITIL
- • Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) for communication with support units
