Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to administer and develop Windows and Linux server environments in our Berlin-based team. You will manage virtualization, storage, and the Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID stack, while providing 1st/2nd line end-user support and contributing to cloud services integration.

You should bring training as an IT specialist for system integration or equivalent experience, strong scripting basics (PowerShell/Bash), and familiarity with networking, VPNs,

• Completed training as IT specialist for system integration or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/RHEL or similar).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V or Proxmox).
• Structured and independent working style.

• Basic shell scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash).
• Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP), VPN and firewalls.

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of servers, clients and applications
• In-house support for employees with IT questions and technical issues (1st and 2nd level)
• Participation in IT projects and development of our IT security standards (ISO 27001)
• Automation of recurring tasks using PowerShell or Bash
• Administration of network components, firewalls, VPN and Wi‑Fi
• Management of our Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environment

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification, or several years of relevant professional experience
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/RHEL or similar)
• Experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V or Proxmox)
