Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an HR professional to manage key processes across the employee lifecycle using Zoho People and Zoho Recruit, from recruitment through onboarding.

You will support interviews, contribute to employer branding, maintain the careers site, and develop data-driven HR analyses to inform decisions while gradually expanding responsibilities in Digital HR/HR IT.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in HR or a related field.
• Initial practical HR experience in a corporate, system-supported environment.
• Comfort with digital tools and HR software, especially Zoho People/Zoho Recruit.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Psychology, People & Culture, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in HR, ideally in a professional, system-supported corporate environment
• Confident working with digital tools
• Practical experience with HR software, ideally Zoho People / Zoho Recruit
• Strong interest in data- and process-driven HR work
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and an independent, solution-oriented approach to work
• Motivation to take on responsibility and develop both professionally and personally, particularly in Digital HR/HR IT
