We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated HR & Recruitment Manager to strengthen our growing team in Dubai. This role is key to shaping our people strategy, building a strong international team, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Full-cycle recruitment for various roles (focus on Russian-speaking candidates from EU and Russia).
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Managing all stages of the hiring process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final offers.

HR Operations:

• Implementation and management of an HRM system to streamline HR processes.
• Maintaining and updating employee records, contracts, and related documentation.
• Overseeing onboarding and adaptation of new team members.

Culture & Engagement:

• Helping foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Supporting internal communication and team initiatives.
• Gathering and analyzing HR metrics (turnover, retention, employee satisfaction).

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Manager, Recruiter, or similar role in a startup or fast-growing company (must-have).
• Strong track record of successfully hiring employees, ideally across multiple regions.
• High stress tolerance and ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
• Fluent English and Russian (mandatory requirement).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and ready to take ownership of HR processes from day one.
