Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on HR leader in Hamburg to own the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. You will drive recruiting, candidate experience, and HR administration in Personio while coordinating payroll support and liaising with tax advisors.

Additionally, you will organize onboarding, benefits, and employee support, oversee the Hamburg office, and develop scalable HR and office processes to support team growth in a startup/scale-up environment.
