What you can expect
  • You are responsible for the corporate housekeeping of our group companies, both domestic and international.
  • You maintain corporate legal master data, prepare and coordinate resolution documents, and monitor their implementation.
  • You ensure compliance with reporting obligations to the Transparency Register.
  • You support national and international M&A projects.
  • You organize and prepare the Annual General Meeting, ensuring smooth execution.
  • You act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders in preparing documents and resolutions for the Board of Directors and its committees.
  • You perform quality control on resolution content and actively contribute to the development of internal policies and guidelines for their creation.
What makes you stand out
  • You hold a degree in business law, are a graduate in law, or a fully qualified lawyer – or possess a comparable qualification.
  • Ideally, you have experience working with governing bodies such as executive boards, supervisory boards, or senior management – however, we explicitly welcome applications from recent graduates as well.
  • You have solid expertise in corporate law and work in a structured and self-reliant manner.
  • You interact confidently and professionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are characterized by strong communication skills, flexibility, reliability, loyalty, and discretion.
  • You apply your competencies in process and project management in a goal-oriented way.
  • You have native-level proficiency in German and business-fluent English skills.
