Our AI Innovation department acts as a bridge for Data & AI–driven progress across the organization by connecting front-office and back-office perspectives. We focus on designing and building Data & AI solutions that increase operational efficiency by automating, optimizing, and scaling internal processes with tangible business impact. In parallel, we continuously scout emerging tools and technologies at the forefront of the Data & AI ecosystem and make them accessible through targeted trainings, lightning talks, and hands‑on experimentation. By translating innovation into concrete internal solutions and front-office offerings, we ensure that new ideas are turned into practical implementations that deliver measurable business value.
Your tasks
- You work independently on internal automation and process optimization initiatives
- You design, build, and maintain automation workflows with a strong focus on n8n as well as other low-code and no-code tools such as Lovable
- You integrate and orchestrate systems, services, and data sources via REST APIs to enable reliable and scalable process automation
- You develop automation logic and customizations using JavaScript or Python, depending on the technical requirements of each use case
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical automation solutions
- You take on the role of automation developer, technical expert, or solution owner depending on the project context and maturity
- You research, evaluate, and prototype emerging and innovative Data and AI tools, assessing their potential for internal optimization and future client applications
- You support the continuous development of our internal tooling and service offerings and contribute to establishing state-of-the-art automation, Data, and AI technologies within a leading Data and AI consultancy
Your profile
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science and AI, Economics, or a comparable quantitative or technical field
- You have hands‑on experience working with n8n or similar automation platforms and enjoy building reliable and practical automation workflows
- You are confident working with REST APIs, including authentication mechanisms, endpoints, and common data formats
- You have solid programming skills in JavaScript and/or Python, ideally applied in automation or integration contexts
- You have a strong interest in process optimization, automation, and modern Data and AI technologies
- You are a clear communicator and enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You feel comfortable presenting automation concepts and solutions and are interested in understanding business processes to align technical outcomes with organizational needs
- You have very good German and English skills at least at C1 level
