Java Application Migration Lead

Must have: Experience in migration from AWS to GCP.

Location: Remote (Only USA)

Duration: Long term

Employment Type: W2

Visa Type: Any visa is fine

Education: Need bachelor’s in CSE or MIS or any computer related field only.

Skills Required:

• Extensive experience with Java/J2EE application development and migration.
• 15+ years of experience in application migration, with a significant portion involving migrations from AWS to GCP.
• Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) and GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, etc.).
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, networking, and security best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Preferred Qualifications:
• GCP and AWS certifications (e.g., Google Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
