Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking Italian-speaking Gaming Customer Service Support personnel to join our Sofia team. You will provide high-quality player support, troubleshoot issues, and clearly explain Italian-language game systems and policies.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent in Italian, hold a valid EU passport, and are excited about Gaming & Esports. Relocation to Sofia is required for on-site work, with fully paid relocation benefits and ongoing training.
