YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
  • With your team you provide technical support in daily operations as well as on‑site support for end users, including VIP support
  • You lead and manage a team of three tech professionals, including recruitment, coaching, objective setting, and performance appraisal
  • You develop, standardise, and document efficient support processes to enhance service delivery and ensure consistent, high‑quality support across the organisation
  • You proactively identify and analyse structural IT issues, coordinating with various departments to develop sustainable solutions that align with business objectives
  • You manage critical incidents and complex escalations from initial response through resolution, ensuring SLA adherence and maintaining clear stakeholder communication
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
  • Professional Experience & Education You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship (e.g., systems integration) and bring several years of practical experience in IT system administration, where you've tackled complex technical challenges and continuously developed your expertise
  • Leadership & Project Management You demonstrate proven leadership experience and have successfully managed teams. Your project management skills enable you to deliver IT projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
  • Communication You have excellent communication skills in German and English, enabling you to interact confidently with management, stakeholders, and team members across all organisational levels
  • Solution‑Oriented Mindset You systematically approach complex IT problems and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions while keeping the bigger picture in mind
  • High Adaptability You excel at adapting quickly to new technologies, processes, and requirements
  • Tool Expertise Experience with modern ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence) is advantageous and will help you integrate quickly into our established workflows as well as experience with Mac, MS Entra, Windows, Teams and Teams Rooms
