Overview

We are a fast-growing digital agency in Germany and help businesses optimize and automate their internal processes using modern software solutions. To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer (m/f/d) who enjoys working with technical systems, monitoring software environments, and supporting users and customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT and business development teams to ensure stable system operations, monitor and track technical issues, and provide first- and second-level support for internal teams and customers. You will help identify errors, analyze their root causes, and contribute to improving system reliability and user experience. If you are technically curious, structured, and enjoy solving problems — this position is a great fit for you.

Your Responsibilities
  • Monitor systems, automations, and integrations to identify, track, and document errors or irregularities
  • Analyze technical issues and support troubleshooting in collaboration with the IT team. Respond to technical questions and support requests from customers and internal teams
  • Maintain and update documentation for systems, processes, and recurring issues
  • Assist with testing, maintaining, and improving existing digital workflows and software solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a related role
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical working style
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly
  • Very good command of English
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure when needed
Preferred (Optional):
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticket systems, or error-tracking tools
  • Basic knowledge of low-code / no-code platforms (e.g. n8n)
  • Experience supporting automation or process-optimization projects
