Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide general end-user support via remote and on-site sessions. You will assist with Microsoft Windows and Office 365, configure and deploy laptops and desktops, and document incidents following standard procedures.

In this role you will deliver excellent customer service while supporting IT deployments, migrations, and upgrades across client sites. A valid driver’s license and work-from-home accommodations are required.

• 1-2 years of previous technical support experience is preferred.
• Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Must have work-from-home accommodations.
