Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an IT Service Delivery professional in Germany to support up to 300 devices per FTE across sites. You will manage IT service delivery, user support processes, asset management, procurement, and ongoing projects, while ensuring security policy alignment and strong customer relations.

Responsibilities include L1–L3 support, server virtualization, Windows Server administration, and data backup. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Windows Server operating systems knowledge and server virtualization.
• Certification in Windows or Cisco is a plus; ITIL Foundation desirable.

Jobbeschreibung

• Deliver IT services for one or multiple sites supporting up to 300 devices per FTE


• Manage IT service delivery activities, user support processes, customer relations, and IT asset management


• Handle procurement, configuration, repair, projects, local budget consulting, license management, security systems, and phone systems


• Provide L1 and L2 support for standard workstation deployment and support


• Provide L3 support for server and virtualization environments


• Communicate upcoming changes and projects, implement best practices, and support end-user training


• Ensure operational activities align with global IT standards and security policies


• Improve support processes, IT asset management, and customer satisfaction


• Implement Group IT shared service standards and support processes across assigned sites


• Ensure quality of IT service delivery at sites


• Lead site projects involving IT infrastructure and support process changes


• Provide coverage for critical site issues


• Maintain security policy alignment and documentation


• Install and repair hardware; troubleshoot applications and software


• Manage printers and multifunction devices


• Perform data backup and restore and infrastructure testing


• Set up and configure wired and wireless LAN switches and access points


• Maintain network documentation and monitoring tools for network equipment and servers


• Patch and update servers and administer server-related activities


• Manage users, including onboarding, offboarding, and updates


• Support major events, site events, and end-user education

Requirements

• Technical education in computer science or equivalent experience/studies


• Any Windows/Cisco certifications are a plus


• ITIL Foundations desirable


• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes in a fast-paced and demanding environment


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Strong troubleshooting skills


• Fluency in English communication (spoken and written)


• Other languages considered an advantage


• Project experience advantageous


• Good knowledge configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows Server Operating Systems


• Knowledge of server virtualization
