Jobtailor is seeking an IT Service Desk / Field Services technician to install, configure, and maintain PCs and portable devices in Munich. You will support client software such as Office 365 and Teams, manage data center cabinet installations, and coordinate with remote IT groups to route and resolve tickets.

A role like this requires solid Windows knowledge and practical experience with SCCM/AD/O365, plus English proficiency and a German driving license.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in electronics, computer science, or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in Service Desk or Field Services technician positions.
• Understanding and experience with the Windows environment (OS, SCCM, AD, O365, etc.).
• Business-level English, intermediate German
• Valid German driving license
