Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and support semiconductor test systems across Europe. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, deliver on-site and remote support, and lead escalations to resolution while providing service training and documenting best practices.

You will travel regularly within Europe and occasionally globally, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in semiconductor industry or equivalent advanced technical environment
• Education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Electrical work qualification under German regulations (Elektrofachkraft or equivalent)
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• Proactive, self-driven with a learning mindset
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Basic German or willingness to develop it
• Valid driver's license
