Lufthansa Technik Logistik Services GmbH sucht zur Unterstützung des Maintenance Logistics Teams in München eine engagierte Praktikantin bzw. einen Praktikanten im Bereich Produktion und Logistik. Sie arbeiten an täglichen Abläufen, Projekten sowie der Optimierung von Lager-, Transport- und Versandprozessen.

Sie entwickeln und visualisieren KPIs, wenden Lean- und KVP-Methoden an und arbeiten eng mit den Instandhaltungs- und Logistikingenieuren zusammen. Voraussetzungen sind mind. das 3.

Qualifications

• Im dritten Semester immatrikuliert sein und eine Bescheinigung über das verplante Praktikum beilegen.
• Interesse an Produktions-, Instandhaltungs- und Logistikprozessen im Shopfloor-Umfeld.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Aufbereitung/Visualisierung von KPIs gemäß Professional Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung des Teams bei täglichen Routinen und Projekten in Produktion und Logistik.
• Optimierung von Lager-, Transport- und Versandprozessen auf dem Shopfloor.
• Erstellung, Visualisierung und Nachverfolgung von KPIs sowie Lean-/KVP-Initiativen.
• Mitwirkung bei Planung, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von Projekten und Beschaffung.
• Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Shopfloor-Tools und Teilnahme an Meetings.

Aufgaben:

Join the Maintenance and Logistics team in Munich and support production and logistics engineers in their day-to-day operations and on projects. Optimize warehousing, transportation, and shipping processes on the shop floor, work with key performance indicators, Lean principles, and continuous improvement, and actively help develop digital shop floor tools.Support for the Production and Logistics Engineers of Maintenance Logistics in MUC in the following areas:Daily routine and non-routine tasksGaining practical skills with a focus on managing and optimizing warehouse, transportation, and shipping processes on the shop floorInvolvement in the planning, preparation, and implementation of projects and procurement activitiesPreparation, analysis, and visualization of shopfloor and logistics KPIsExecution of KVP, Lean, and continuous improvement initiatives, including implementation and tracking of improvement measuresUse and further development of digital shopfloor toolsParticipation in meetings and workshops
