Juvigo, based in Berlin, seeks an intern to support content, digital marketing and customer relations. You will craft camp descriptions, assist in SEO and social analytics, and handle inquiries in Italian and English while maintaining structured work habits.

• Booking Management: manage bookings efficiently to ensure smooth processes.
• Partner Communication: coordinate with camp organizers.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Content Management: You create and maintain camp content on your platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, illustrations)
• Digital Marketing Management:You get insights into our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools
• Communication Management: You provide exceptional customer service via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp (in Italian) by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly, while working well-structured and goal-oriented
• Booking Management: You manage bookings efficiently and proactively, ensuring that
• whole process runs smoothly and flawlessly
• Partner Communication:You communicate with our partners (camp organizers)

Your profile

• You like working with an ambitious team
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
• You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
• You are fluent in Italian and English
• Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch) is a plus
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university program
• The internship duration is minimum 6 months
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a child or as a counselor
