Juvigo is Europe’s most comprehensive booking platform for holiday camps and youth trips, with an international team based in Berlin Kreuzberg.

You will contribute to customer communication, B2B sales, account management, content creation for camp descriptions, and online marketing across SEO, newsletters, and social media.

The internship is a mandatory part of your university program and lasts at least five months, offering significant early responsibility.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Spanish), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
• B2B Sales Management:You identify and acquire new Spanish summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners.
• Account Management:You handle the contact with our existing partners (creating & updating programmes, creating invoices, adding new trips)
• Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on your platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, illustrations)
• Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools

Your profile

• You like working with an ambitious team
• You are customer-oriented and communicate clearly and empathetically via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• You are well-organized and able to manage several processes at the same time (bookings, partner communication, content creation)
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details and a perfect grammar
• You are fluent in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Portuguese, French, Italian) is a plus
• You are interested in developing your career in a dynamic, intercultural environment
• The internship is mandatory part of your university program and lasts at least 5 months
• Bonus: You attended a summer camp - as a participant or as a camp counselor
