Juvigo is Europe’s comprehensive booking platform for holiday camps and youth trips, located in Berlin Kreuzberg. We seek an intern to contribute to product content, marketing coordination, and customer communications in Dutch and English.

Aufgaben

• Product Management: create and maintain content for our platform (travel & camp descriptions, FAQ, select fitting images to promote our camps).
• Digital Marketing Management: work with online channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyze campaigns with tracking tools.
• Customer Communication Management: work in customer service (Dutch) with customers booking camps via phone, email or WhatsApp.
• Partner Management: maintain daily contact with camp operators to ensure process flow.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Product Management: You create and maintain valuable content for our product on our platform as part of our content team (travel & camp descriptions, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)
• Digital Marketing Management: You work with our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools
• Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Dutch), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
• Partner Management: You stay in contact with our camp operators on a daily basis to ensure the flow of processes

Your profile

• You like working with an ambitious team
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
• You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/ university program
• The internship duration is minimum 5 months
• Bonus: You attended a holiday camp - as a participant or as a counselor
