Juvigo GmbH in Berlin seeks an enthusiastic intern to join our international team and help manage customer support via phone, email, and Whatsapp. You will identify and contact French summer camp organizers and nurture relationships with existing partners, contributing to our travel content and campaigns.

• Fluency in French and English is required.

• Sales Management: identify and contact new French summer camp organizers.
• Account Management: manage contact with existing partners (update programmes, add trips).
• Content Management: create and maintain updated camp content on our platform (travel description, FAQ, illustrations).
• Digital Marketing Management: explore SEO and social media channels and analyze campaigns with tracking tools.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Communication Management: Together with the team you are in charge of customer support via phone, email and Whatsapp
• Sales Management: You identify and acquire new French summer camp organizers
• Account Management: You handle the contact with our existing partners (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips)
• Content Management: You create and maintain updated camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, illustrations)
• Digital Marketing Management: You get insights into our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools

Your profile

• You like working with an ambitious team
• You are motivated and want to generate awareness for our product and brand
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
• You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
• You are fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/university programme for minimum duration of 3 months
• Even if you don't yet meet all the profile criteria, don't hesitate to apply if you're willing to develop new skills
