Zusammenfassung

Juvigo invites motivated interns to join our Berlin team for a customer-facing internship focused on booking camps and content management. You will communicate with customers in Spanish and English, assist with bookings, and collaborate with our content and marketing teams.

As part of an international team, you will manage multiple tasks daily, build strong relationships with camp operators, and help grow our booking platform while developing your career in a dynamic environment.

• Create and maintain camp content on our platform (descriptions, FAQs, etc.).
• Work on online marketing channels and analyze campaigns with tracking tools.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Customer Communication Management: You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Spanish), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
• Booking Management: You manage bookings efficiently and proactively, ensuring that the whole process runs smoothly and flawlessly
• Account Management: You stay in contact with our camp operators on a daily basis to ensure the flow of processes and build strong relationships
• Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ & others)
• Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools

Your profile

• You like working with an international and ambitious team
• You are customer-oriented and communicate clearly and empathetically via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• You are well-organized and able to manage several processes at the same time (bookings, partner communication, content creation)
• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details and a perfect grammar
• You are fluent in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of other languages (German, Dutch, Portuguese, French, Italian) is a plus
• You are interested in developing your career in a dynamic, intercultural environment
• The internship is mandatory part of your university program and lasts at least 5 months
• Bonus: You attended a summer camp - as a participant or as a camp counselor
