• Manage customer communications in Dutch via phone, email, or WhatsApp.

• Create and maintain camp content on our platform (descriptions, FAQs, images).
• Support digital marketing activities and analyze campaigns with tracking tools.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Customer Communication Management:You work well-structured and goal-oriented in our customer service (in Dutch), with customers who want to book a camp or have already booked via phone, e-mail or WhatsApp
• Partner Relations Management:You handle the contact with our existing partners (camp organizers & language schools) and help build strong relationships (creating & updating programmes, adding new trips, maintaining availabilities)
• Sales and Acquisition Management:You identify and acquire new Dutch summer camp organizers, broaden our overall partner network and maintain our database. You also identify and acquire external sales partners.
• Product Management: You create and maintain camp content on our platform as part of our content team (travel description, FAQ, select fitting images to visually promote our camps)
• Digital Marketing Management: You work on our main online marketing channels (SEO, social media, newsletters) and analyse the campaigns with professional tracking tools.

Your profile

• You like working with an ambitious team

• You like writing and editing texts, with a strong sense for details
• You are able to write creatively, originally and to the point
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• You want to develop a career in an intercultural environment
• Knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is a plus
• The internship is mandatory in the course of your studies/ university program
• The internship duration is minimum 5 months
• Bonus:You attended a holiday camp - as a participant or as a counselor
