Die Lufthansa Group sucht eine/n Praktikant/in im Bereich Human Resources am Standort Frankfurt am Main. Sie arbeiten von Anfang an eigenständig in einem vielfältigen HR-Alltag und gestalten operative sowie strategische HR-Themen mit.

Sie unterstützen in internen Kommunikationsaktivitäten, Mitarbeit in Learning & Development Initiativen und tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Trainings- und Personalentwicklungsprogrammen bei.

Qualifikationen

• Sie befinden sich in einem fortgeschrittenen Studium (mind. 3 Semester) in einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
• Im Bewerbungszeitraum muss eine vollständige Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vorgelegt werden.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Ihr Alltag ist vielseitig: Mitarbeit in operativen HR-Prozessen sowie konzeptionelle und strategische, abteilungsübergreifende HR-Themen.
• Unterstützung bei internen Kommunikationsaktivitäten z. B. Intranet, Ebase-Veröffentlichungen und Mailings.
• Einbindung in Learning & Development Initiativen und Unterstützung bei Weiterentwicklungen von Trainingsprogrammen.

Aufgaben:

Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous: you will be part of the team right from the start, independently taking on a wide range of tasks in day-to-day business as well as in conceptual and strategic, cross-divisional HR topics.Gain practical experience in operational HR management by gaining insight into all core HR processes, including advising specialist departments and collaborating with employee representative bodiesPlay an active role in a variety of HR projects and become involved in key HR topics from the very beginningSupport and help shape internal communication activities through intranet content, eBase publications, mailings, and other communication channelsParticipating in initiatives related to Learning & Development while gaining exposure to various areas of HR development and supporting the continuous improvement of training and development programsContribute to the enhancement of HR processes and initiatives while building a strong understanding of modern people management practices

Qualifikation:

You are at an advanced stage of your studies (at least 3 semesters) in a related subject area and meet the following criteria:Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)Good communication skillsAnalytical thinking skillsVery good German and good written and spoken English skillsConfident handling of MS Office applications
