Qualifikationen

• Student im dritten Semester des Hochschulstudiums; Nachweis des Immatrikulationsnachweises über die gesamte Praktikumsdauer.
• Interesse an Personalmanagement, Training oder Kommunikation.
• Organisationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen.
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Rekrutierungsprozesses durch Kandidatenauswahl, Kommunikation und Bewerberbetreuung.
• Mitwirkung bei Onboarding-Aktivitäten und Organisation von Orientiertagen für neue Trainees.
• Administrative Unterstützung in Rekrutierung, Onboarding und Ausbildungsprozessen.
• Teilnahme an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung technischer Ausbildungsprogramme.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern zur Talentgewinnung und -entwicklung.
