Zusammenfassung

Lufthansa Technik AG sucht ein Praktikum im Personalbereich. Sie arbeiten im Team zu Themen des Employee Lifecycle, unterstützen den täglichen Betrieb und bringen Ihre Ideen in die Prozessoptimierung ein.

Sie analysieren Daten, sammeln Informationen und erstellen Präsentationen. Erwartet wird eine fortgeschrittene Studium-Phase (mind. 3. Semester) mit Fokus HR, gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, Deutsch und Englisch, sowie Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative. Ein Online-Test erfolgt innerhalb von 10 Tagen.

Qualifikationen

• Einschreibung während des gesamten Praktikums belegt.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Erfahrung aus Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten wünschenswert.

You are part of the team that deals with all personnel-related issues at Lufthansa Technik AG.You will be involved in various topics of the employee lifecycleYour cooperation in day-to-day operations is requiredYou support us in monitoring people data and help with data collection and quality assuranceShow us your creativity and talent in the development of presentationsContribute your ideas to the conceptual development and optimization of internal processesIn addition, we will take you to appointments on individual topics, which you can prepare and follow up with usYou will provide us with significant support for projects and will be actively involved in People topics from the very first minuteYou take an online test (within 10 days)

Qualifikation:

You should be at least in your 3rd semester at the time of the internship. Ideally, you are studying business administration/business psychology or similar with a focus on human resources. You should also have the following:Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)You are fit in dealing with MS OfficeYou have analytical thinking skills & an affinity for numbersStrong communication skills, quick comprehension & initiative make you a team playerYou have very good written and spoken German and English skillsInitial experience from internships or working student activities is welcome
