Lufthansa Technical Training bietet ein Praktikum, das die Zukunft des Lernens in der Luftfahrt mit Innovation, Digitalisierung und strategischem Produktmanagement verbindet. Sie erhalten Einblicke in moderne Lerntechnologien, Trainingskonzepte und deren kommerzielle Umsetzung.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören Digitalisierung, Partnerschaften, interne Kommunikation sowie die Erstellung von Medien für neue Technologien. Erwartet wird eine laufende Immatrikulation im Master oder im 4.

Qualifikationen

• MS Office sicher anwenden (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit Teamorientierung.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung der Lernlandschaft in der Luftfahrt.
• Mitwirkung an Innovation, Digitalisierung und Produktmanagement.
• Durchführung von Recherchen zu innovativen Lernmethoden (z. B. VR).
• Erste Kontaktaufnahme zu Technologiepartnern und Bewertung von Partnerschaften.
• Unterstützung der internen Kommunikation und Einführung neuer Lernlösungen.
• Erstellung von Medien für die Implementierung neuer Technologien.
• Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Geschäftsbewertungen.
• Mitwirkung an Kooperations- und Geschäftsmodellen (z. B. Business Pläne).
• Mitentwicklung von Trainingsprogrammen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen.
• Planung und Umsetzung von Workshops.

Aufgaben:

During your internship, you will help shape the future of learning in aviation - at the interface of innovation, digitalization and strategic product management. You will gain exciting insights into modern learning technologies, training concepts and their commercial implementation.

• Digitalization and innovation


• Researching and evaluating innovative training methods and technologies (e.g. VR)


• Identifying and making initial contact with potential technology partners and helping to evaluate and design new partnerships


• Supporting internal communication and the introduction of new training solutions


• Creation of media for the implementation of new technologies (e.g. presentations, documents)


• Carrying out business evaluations (e.g. profitability analyses)


• Participation in the development of cooperation models (e.g. business plans, concept documents)


• Supporting the further development of training programs in collaboration with specialist departments


• Participation in the planning and implementation of workshops


• At least in the 4th semester of the Bachelor's program or already in the Master's program
