I am representing a global provider of automation and sensor systems for the maritime industry. Established almost 100 years ago, they design, engineer and commission control and propulsion systems used worldwide. They are hiring a new Inside Sales Specialist to join their Rostock team due to continued growth.

The Role

• Preparing quotations and technical offers based on customer specifications
• Managing inbound enquiries and warm customer communication
• Handling orders and coordinating with shipping and export teams
• Supporting customers through the full order cycle
• General administration and complaint handling
• Working on-site in Rostock with 1:1 product training

The Candidate

• Experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales or technical coordination
• Fluent in German and English
• Background or interest in automation, maritime, engineering or similar
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Open to learning tax processes and product knowledge
