Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht einen IS-Techniker (m/w/d) zur Diagnose und Behebung von Fehlern in automatisierten Systemen. Sie arbeiten eng bei Inbetriebnahme, Tests und Systemabnahme mit dem Team zusammen und bauen sich ein tiefgehendes Verständnis von Materialfluss, Steuerungen und Anlagenlogik auf.

Sie dokumentieren Fehler und Learnings, helfen beim Aufbau interner Troubleshooting-Standards und arbeiten eng mit dem Industrial Systems Lead sowie TGW.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektriker oder gleichwertige Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung mit automatisierten Logistiksystemen von Vorteil.
• Grundkenntnisse in Steuerungssystemen (SPS, Sensoren, Aktuatoren).
• Interesse an komplexen technischen Systemen und strukturierte Fehlersuche.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch C1 und Englisch A2.
• Kreativität, Initiative und Problemlösungswillen.
• Bereitschaft, bestehende Abläufe kritisch zu hinterfragen und Automatisierung zu optimieren.
• Werte: kooperativ, innovativ, piratenhaft, verantwortungsbewusst, ehrgeizig.
• Mut, unkonventionell zu denken.
• Unkomplizierte Herangehensweise.

Responsibilities

• Fehler in automatisierten Systemen analysieren – von Steuerungen bis Schnittstellen – erforschen, warum etwas schief läuft.
• Inbetriebnahme, Tests und Systemabnahme gemeinsam mit dem Team unterstützen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Industrial Systems Lead und TGW bei Fehleranalyse und -behebung.
• Tiefgehendes Systemwissen aufbauen: Materialfluss, Steuerungen, Anlagenlogik.
• Fehler, Schwachstellen und Learnings dokumentieren, Nutzen für das Team sichern.
• Bei der Entwicklung interner Fehlersuchstandards von Grund auf mitwirken.

Aufgaben

As our IS Technician, you'll be the go-to person for diagnosing and fixing faults in automated systems, and you'll play a key role during commissioning and system acceptance. You'll get to know a cutting-edge automated facility inside and out – from the very first bolt.

• Dig into faults in our automated systems – from controls to interfaces – and figure out what's going wrong and why

Profil

• Training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electrician, or equivalent technical qualification
• Experience with automated systems in logistics – but if you're the type who picks things up quickly, that matters more
• A basic understanding of control systems (PLC, sensors, actuators)
• Interest in complex technical systems and structured fault diagnosis
• Language skills: C1 German and A2 English (minimum)
• Using creativity and initiative to solve problems and achieve goals
• A willingness to challenge «how things have always been done» and propose more efficient, automated or effective solutions
