Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH in Neuenburg sucht eine/n Team Lead Logistics, der/die die tägliche Logistiksteuerung übernimmt, Abläufe optimiert und das Team sicher und kosteneffizient führt.

Sie leiten ca. 10–15 Mitarbeitende, führen regelmäßige Meetings durch, fördern Rekrutierung und Entwicklung, achten auf Arbeitssicherheit und arbeiten im Zwei-Schicht-Betrieb von 05:30 bis 23:00. Gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch oder Französisch, sowie MS Office und WMS-Erfahrung sind gewünscht.

Qualifications

• Sie bringen umfangreiche Logistikexpertise mit, sei es durch langjährige Erfahrung oder spezialisierte Ausbildung.
• Ihre solide Führungs­erfahrung, idealerweise in Logistik oder verwandten Bereichen, ist ein Kernelement Ihrer Qualifikation.
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch; Deutsch oder Französisch ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
• Gute IT-Kenntnisse in MS Office und Erfahrung mit Warehouse-Management-Systemen (WMS).
• Resilienz, Humor, Engagement und Hands-on-Mentalität helfen im Tagesgeschäft.
• Sie sind mobil und arbeiten im Two-Shift-System zwischen 05:30–23:00.
• Identifizieren Sie Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und setzen Änderungen zur Steigerung von Produktivität um.
• Mut, Risiken einzugehen und bei Unsicherheit nach Überzeugungen zu handeln.
• Werte: kooperativ, innovativ, piratesque, verantwortlich, ehrgeizig.

Responsibilities

• Sorge für reibungslose tägliche Abläufe und packe selbst mit an.
• Leitung eines Teams von ca. 10–15 Mitarbeitenden; übernehme professionelle und persönliche Führungsverantwortung.
• Führe eigenständig Mitarbeitereviews durch und halte tägliche sowie wöchentliche Meetings vor Ort ab.
• Entwickle dein Team weiter und übernimm Rekrutierung neuer Teammitglieder.
• Sorge für Sicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (ASGS) im Arbeitsumfeld.
• Nimm an Projekten teil und bringe deine Logistik-Expertise ein, um Prozesse zu verbessern.

Profil

• You bring extensive logistics expertise, whether through many years of experience or specialized training
• Your solid leadership experience, ideally in logistics or a related field, is a key part of your qualifications
• Good communication skills in English; German or French is also required
• Strong IT skills in MS Office and experience with warehouse management systems
• Resilience, humor, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality are valuable traits that will serve you well in your daily work
• You are mobile and able to work in our two-shift system between 05:30 - 23:00.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
