Job summary

Galaxus Deutschland GmbH sucht am Standort Neuenburg am Rhein eine(n) Workflow Specialist, der/die von Tag eins an eine zentrale Rolle in unseren Abläufen übernimmt. Sie überwachen den Warenfluss, kontrollieren KPI-Werte und greifen proaktiv ein, um Effizienz und Transparenz zu gewährleisten.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören die Analyse von Störungen und Abweichungen, die Abstimmung mit Inbound/Outbound/IT sowie die Dokumentation von Abweichungen und Korrekturmaßnahmen.

Qualifications

• Abschluss in Logistik, Supply-Chain-Management oder vergleichbar, ggf. weitere Qualifikationen.
• Erfahrung im Lagersteuerung, Monitoring oder koordinierender Betriebsrolle.
• Fähigkeit, Engpässe, Abweichungen, Systemfehler und Muster zu identifizieren.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch auf B2-Niveau empfohlen.

Responsibilities

• Täglich Lager- und Kontrollzentrum betreiben, zentrales KPI-Überwachung.
• Störfälle, Bestandsabweichungen analysieren und zeitnahe Lösungen mit Inbound/Outbound/Maintenance/IT abstimmen.
• Schlüssel-Parameter im Betrieb anpassen entsprechend Prioritäten.
• Abweichungen, Ursachen, Parameteränderungen und Korrekturmaßnahmen dokumentieren.
• Volumenströme, Prioritäten und Bereichszuweisungen basierend auf Kapazität planen.
• Wiederkehrende Probleme identifizieren und Optimierungspotenziale aufzeigen.

As a Workflow Specialist, you'll play a key role in our operations from day one. You will act as the system expert in the control center, ensuring a stable, transparent and high-performing flow of goods by monitoring operations, controlling relevant KPIs and intervening swiftly and systematically when deviations occur.

• Monitor daily warehouse and control center operations to ensure efficient goods flow, system performance and process execution
• Analyze alerts, disruptions and inventory variances, coordinating timely resolution with Inbound, Outbound, Maintenance and IT teams
• Monitor and adjust key system parameters in line with operational priorities and business needs
• Document deviations, root causes, parameter changes and corrective actions in a clear and structured manner
• Manage volume flows, priorities and area assignments based on capacity, system status and backlog development
• Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to support the continuous optimization of warehouse operations

Profil

• Degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field, or completed vocational training, with relevant further qualifications
• Experience in warehouse control, monitoring, process coordination or a comparable operational role
• Able to quickly identify bottlenecks, process deviations, system errors and recurring issue patterns
• Very good communication skills in German
• Good communication skills in English (Level B2). If you're not at that level yet, we support you achieving the needed competencies with language classes
