STRATO Personal GmbH sucht in Hamburg eine/n Process and Performance Specialist (m/f/d) zur Optimierung von Inbound- und Inventory-Prozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit Airbus Operations. Sie analysieren, definieren sowie implementieren Maßnahmen zur Leistungsverbesserung und arbeiten eng mit Dienstleistern und internen Stakeholdern zusammen.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain oder Supply Chain Quality
• Berufserfahrung in Logistik, Lieferantenmanagement, Prozessplanung, Prozessverbesserung, Supply Chain, Change Management, Lean Management und Qualitätsmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP/R3
• Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch

Aufgaben

• Analysieren und verbessern Sie den eingehenden und Bestandsprozess zusammen mit dem Logistikdienstleister auf operativer und taktischer Ebene, um Sicherheitsstandards, Qualität und Performance sicherzustellen
• Definition, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von Recovery- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen basierend auf tiefergehenden Leistungsanalysen und Reporting
• Entwickeln und pflegen Sie Layouts, Prozesse, Ausrüstung und Tools von Inbound und Inventory im Rahmen der Logistiktransformation in Hamburg an beiden Satair-Standorten
• Pflegen Sie enge, kollaborative Beziehungen zu Logistikdienstleistern sowie internen Stakeholdern innerhalb von Satair und Airbus

Stellenbeschreibung

• Analyse and improve the inbound and inventory process together with the logistics service provider at an operational and tactical level to ensure high safety standards, quality and performance
• Define, implement, and follow up on recovery and improvement measures based on in-depth performance analysis and reporting
• Develop the layouts, processes, equipment and tools of Inbound and Inventory setup along the logistics transformation in Hamburg in both Satair sites
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Logistics Service Providers as well as internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Supply Chain Quality
• Professional experience in the field of Logistics, Supplier Management, Process Planning, Process Improvement, Supply Chain, Change Management, Lean Management and Quality Management
• Good knowledge of using SAP/R3
• Fluent in English and German
