STRATO Personal GmbH sucht eine/n Change Operational Deployment Officer (m/f/d) in Bayern. Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Deployment, planen und steuern End-to-End-Bereitstellungen und betreuen Schulungsprogramme sowie Deploy-Strategien.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Kommunikation, das Reporting und die Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams, um Qualität, Pünktlichkeit und Kosten einzuhalten. Bewerber printfolgen Englisch ist Voraussetzung.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft.
• Berufserfahrung im Change Management und Projektmanagement.
• Sehr gute MS-Office- und Google-Workspace Kenntnisse.
• Englische Sprachkenntnisse erforderlich.
• Englisch-Lebenslauf erforderlich.

Responsibilities

• Schnittstelle zwischen Development und Change Operational Deployment sicherstellen.
• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von End-to-End-Bereitstellungsaktivitäten.
• Verwaltung des Schulungsportfolios, Validierung von Deploy-Strategien.
• Bereitstellungs-Kommunikation, Reporting und Feedback-Management.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Deploy- und Multifunktionsteams, Unterstützung von Change-Impact-Analysen.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Act as the interface between Development and Change Operational Deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration and contributing to the on-quality, on-time, and on-cost delivery of PMTD solutions
• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end deployment activities, including training sessions, training paths, integrated training plans, forecasting, and resource planning
• Manage the training portfolio, validate deployment strategies, and ensure all solutions comply with Air Power processes, security requirements, and applicable regulations
• Drive deployment communications, maintain reporting and scheduling tools, manage trainee feedback, and continuously improve deployment and training effectiveness
• Collaborate with deployment and multifunctional teams, contribute to change impact analyses, and support transversal Change Operational Deployment activities

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering or Business Administration
• Professional experience in the field of Change Management and Project Management
• Very good knowledge of using MS-Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English
• English CV required
