Job summary

STRATO Personal GmbH in Hamburg sucht einen Process Engineer (m/f/d) zur Optimierung von SAP-Logistikprozessen und zur Brückenbildung zwischen Legacy- und Zukunftssystemen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen, testen End-to-End-Prozesse, definieren Systemanpassungen und begleiten Hypercare-Phasen sowie Schulungskonzepte. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Home-Office-Option sind Bestandteil des Angebots.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Supply Chain oder Industrial Engineering.
• Berufserfahrung im IT-, Supply-Chain-Bereich, Prozessmanagement und SAP (Logistik).
• Sehr gute SAP-/R3-Kenntnisse und Google Workspace.
• Fließend Deutsch und Englisch.

Responsibilities

• Analyse und Vergleich von Ist- und Sollprozessen zur Identifizierung von Lücken.
• Definition von SAP-Systemauswirkungen und Adaptionen bei Lücken.
• Durchführung von End-to-End-Tests und Validierung inkl. Hypercare.
• Entwicklung logistischer Konzepte und Standards mit Stakeholdern.
• Sicherstellung der Compliance mit Logistikstandards und Dokumentationsanforderungen.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Analyze and compare As-Is and To-Be processes and solutions to identify gaps between legacy and future SAP processes and functionalities, including assessment and coordination of business impacts
• Define SAP system impacts and required adaptations for significant gaps, including the enhancement of system functionalities and process logic
• Perform end-to-end testing and validation of processes and IT solutions, supporting the transition to production including hypercare and training concepts
• Develop and align logistics concepts, standards and processes with relevant stakeholders, ensuring simple, transparent and efficient logistics operations across Germany
• Ensure compliance with logistics standards and documentation requirements while driving productivity improvements and an efficient end-to-end logistics chain from suppliers to the Point of Delivery

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Computer Science, Business Informatics, Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
• Work experience in the field of IT, Supply Chain, Process Management and SAP (Logistics)
• Very good knowledge in using SAP, SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
• Fluent in English and German
