Zusammenfassung

Orizon is seeking an Inbound Process & Performance Manager for the Hamburg / Fuhlsbüttel location to optimise inbound and inventory processes in collaboration with Airbus Operations and logistics partners.

The role demands extensive supply chain and logistics experience, strong knowledge of Lean and Quality management, and fluency in English and German. SAP R/3 and Google Workspace skills are valued.

Qualifikationen

• University level degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or logistics-related field.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Change and Quality management practices.
• Practical experience in supply chain or warehouse logistics.
• Experience with SAP R/3 and Google Workspace is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Analyse and improve inbound and inventory processes with the logistics provider.
• Ensure safety, quality and performance standards are met.
• Define and follow up on recovery and improvement measures from performance data.
• Develop layouts, processes, equipment, and tools for inbound and inventory setup.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and logistics providers.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Inbound Process & Performance Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Fuhlsbüttel.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyse and improve the inbound and inventory process together with the logistics service provider at an operational and tactical level
• Ensure high safety standards, quality and performance
• Define, implement, and follow up on recovery and improvement measures based on in-depth performance analysis and reporting
• Develop the layouts, processes, equipment and tools of inbound and inventory setup along the logistics transformation in Hamburg in both Satair sites
• Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the Logistics Service
• Providers as well as internal stakeholders across Satair and Airbus

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Indsutrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, Supply Chain Quality or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics, Warehouse Logistics, Supplier Management, Process Planning and Process Improvement
• Good knowledge in Lean Management and Change Management
• Basic knowledge in Total Quality Management
• Good user skills in SAP R/3
• Skills in Google Workspace are a plus
• Fluent English and German skills spoken and written
