Job summary

Orizon GmbH sucht für den renommierten Kunden Airbus Operations am Standort Hamburg/Finkenwerder einen Prozess-Improvement-Manager (m/w/d). Sie steuern die Transition von Prozessen und Tools zu SAP S/4 HANA und arbeiten in einem aerospace-Umfeld.

Sie bringen Lean-Management-Kompetenz, Erfahrung im Projekt- und Lieferanten-Management sowie Grundkenntnisse in SAP mit. Fließendes Englisch ist erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar.
• Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, Projektmanagement und Prozessverbesserung.
• Gute Kenntnisse im Lean Management.
• Grundkenntnisse in SAP.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Skywise oder anderen Data-Analytics-Tools sowie Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Anwenden von Lean-Prinzipien zur Vereinfachung von Arbeitsabläufen.
• Vorantreiben von Continuous Improvement in Kommunikations- und Ticketing-Workflows.
• Unterstützung der Umsetzung einer digitalen Schnittstelle zu Kunden (Airlines/Maintenance Organization) für Echtzeit-Transparenz.
• Gestaltung und Unterstützung der digitalen Anbindung zu Reparaturstationen zur Automatisierung von Datenaustausch und Performance-Monitoring.
• Verbesserung der KPI-Reporting in Skywise mit transparenter Status- und Risikovisualisierung.
• Leitung von Verbesserungsprojekten von Initiierung bis Abschluss nach Airbus-Standards.
• Überzeugende Argumentation für die digitale Transition intern und extern.

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder as Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d) for the transition of processes and tools to SAP S/4 HANA.

Your Responsibilities:

• Apply Lean principles to simplify and lean-out existing workflows
• Drive Continuous Improvement in communication and ticketing workflows
• Support the implementation of a digital interface toward customers (Airlines/ Maintenance Organization) to provide real-time order transparency
• Design and support digital connectivity toward repair stations to automate data exchange and performance monitoring
• Drive the improvement of KPI reporting in Skywise, ensuring transparent visualization of current status and risks
• Manage improvement projects from initiation to closure using the Airbus standard project methodology
• Use reasoned advocacy and compelling storylines to gain buy-in for the digital transition from both internal teams and external partners

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable
• Professional experience in Supplier Management, Project Management and Process Improvement
• Good knowledge in Lean Management
• Basic user skills in SAP
• User skills in Skywise (or other Data-Analytics tools) and Google Workspace are advanatageous
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
• German skills would be a plus
