Jobtailor in Köln is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruiting, payroll and employee lifecycle support for staff, trainees and interns.

You will advise managers on employment law, prepare contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding, while maintaining HR data in HRWorks and collaborating with management to shape a positive workplace.

Fluent German and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or degree in business, economics or social sciences.
• Several years of experience in a generalist HR role and in recruiting.
• Experience with payroll preparation.
• Ideally experience with apprentices/trainees and working students.
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
