Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a HR intern to assist with posting and updating job advertisements and to support the entire recruiting process. From first contact to interview, you will organize and coordinate the process and actively participate in candidate selection.

You will maintain personnel files, handle inquiries, and manage requests for employee documents while helping shape our onboarding process and supporting new team members during their start.

Qualifikationen

• Structured working style: you work accurately, independently, and maintain an overview.
• Team player: you collaborate well with others and communicate clearly.
• Resilience and friendliness: you remain friendly and solution-oriented during busy periods.
• Good Office skills: you are proficient with common Office programs and digital tools.
• Availability: you should be available for at least 3 months for the internship.
• Prior HR experience is a plus but not required!
