Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive HR-support professional to partner with the People team in Berlin, managing onboarding, feedback cycles, and employee lifecycle tasks. You will coordinate first-day agendas, ensure smooth communications, and keep employee data accurate in HiBob.

You’ll handle benefits communication, respond to HR queries, and look for workflow improvements, including exploring AI tools to streamline people operations. Excellent English is required; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our People team to ensure the efficient management of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing feedback and support.
• Prepare and coordinate first‑day agendas for new hires, managing communication to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain and update HR‑related content on our internal databases and manage employee profiles in HiBob, ensuring all data is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Prepare documents for various processes (internal transfers, mobility, etc.).
• Assist in managing and communicating benefits for employees, ensuring they are well informed about their entitlements and processes.
• Assist with any HR‑related queries, providing timely and accurate information to employees and managers.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, including building and refining AI tools (e.g. Claude skills) to make our people operations more efficient.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience) is ideal (but not required).
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
