Connect Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the Frankfurt team. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, close collaboration with managers, and ensuring compliance with German employment law in a fast-paced, international environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience, strong payroll/benefits knowledge, and fluent German and English, with the ability to handle HRIS workflows and maintain confidential data.

• Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HRIS.
• Support recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
