JOBSTODAY.WORLD is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations across Germany, supporting recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. You will maintain compliant processes and partner with management to foster a professional, employee-focused workplace.

The role requires knowledge of German labor law, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information while improving HR workflows and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of German labor law, employment contracts, and HR compliance.
• Experience with payroll coordination and HR administration.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR software, ATS, payroll tools, or HRIS systems is an advantage.
• German language skills preferred, B1/B2 or higher is an advantage.

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager m/w/d to manage HR operations, recruitment support, employee relations, and people processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate will support the full employee lifecycle, maintain compliant HR processes, and work closely with management to create a structured, professional, and employee-focused work environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• Support recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, attendance, and HR systems
• Handle employee relations, internal communication, and HR-related queries
• Support management with workforce planning, hiring needs, and HR policies
• Coordinate payroll preparation, leave management, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and German labor regulations
• Improve HR processes, templates, workflows, and internal procedures

Requirements
