Our Client, a great multinational company, is seeking a full-time HR Business Partner (M/F/D) to join the HR department at Osnabrück. You will advise on HR and employment law, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and manage the employee lifecycle in a German industrial setting.

You will work with works councils, local leaders and stakeholders to ensure compliant HR processes and independent issue resolution.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or similar field.
• Several years of experience in a similar role in the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining law.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for own work.
• Excellent verbal and written English with strong communication and advisory skills.
• Good working knowledge of IT tools (MS Office, SAP).

Our Client is a great multinational Company we are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) HR Business Partner (M/F/D) to join the Human Resources department at their OSNABRÜCK site.

Your Responsibilities:

• You advise managers and staff on all matters relating to human resources and employment law, and you act as a business partner.
• You are responsible for recruitment activities and oversee the onboarding process.
• You work closely with the works council, the local leaders and other stakeholders.
• You take overall responsibility for the employee lifecycle
• You ensure the smooth implementation of HR processes in compliance with labour law, collective bargaining agreements and existing works agreements.
• You will be responsible for managing HR processes

What We Are Looking For:

• You have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree, for example in human resources management, business psychology, business administration or a comparable subject.
• You have several years’ professional experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
• You have a very good knowledge of employment law and collective bargaining law.
• You are used to working independently and taking responsibility for your own work.
• You have a very good command of spoken and written English, strong communication and advisory skills, strategic foresight and a team-oriented approach to work.
• In addition, you have a good working knowledge of IT (MS Office, SAP).
